2nd International Symposium on Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion took place in Dilek Kaya Hotel, Ortahisar, Cappadocia. Well over 100 participants took part in this 3 days event and have shared their work on batteries and supercapacitors, fuel cells and solid state hydrogen storage . mESC-IS 2017 was also the host for two events; EU 7 ERAfrica HENERGY final year meeting and ENDAM workshop on Energy Storage Materials and Devices
Final symposium program is avalable at this link. Please check the time slot of your presentation. Please check Pre-mESC-IS2017 for details regarding on-site registration and some of the other issues

Following the successful organization back in 2015, we are very happy to announce the 2nd International Symposium on Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion (mESC-IS 2017) to take place 26-28 September 2017 in Cappadocia. The symposium as before will provide a forum for discussion in recent progress made in three major activity areas, namely batteries, solid state hydrogen storage and fuel cells. The symposium will have a fair balance of plenary sessions covering cross-cutting issues and the state of the art reviews and parallel sessions with contributed papers and poster presentation. The symposium just follows an international summer school with the same name, (mESC-ISS 2017).

We look forward hosting you in Cappadocia in September 2017Abstract submission will begin on April 1st and will continue until May 15th June 16th 2017. A full page abstract, if desired with figures and tables, is invited and will be available as book of abstract during the symposium. Full papers, if desired, may also be submitted and will be available in CD form during the symposium. Full papers of selected contributions, if desired, will be published in the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy as a special issue after the due review process. The venue is Dilekkaya Hotel, Ortahisar. This is centrally located in Cappadocia, a region of great attraction where unearthly scenery is mixed with a rich history. The place is within easy reach with frequent flights from Istanbul.
